Remains buried after 200 years

After nearly 200 years abroad, two Bundjalung ancestors have come home to Australia. The remains were over 200 years old when they were removed and sent overseas to the Leiden University Medical Centre in Holland by English botanist Joseph Banks.

“They’re wandering no more. They’ve come home.”
